Trio-Nylon^® Series Nylon Pleated Filter Cartridge

Trio-Nylon^® is the extended range series from our excellent TrioPro^® series. With Nylon 6 as the center membrane material which is hydrophilic, the membrane has much narrower pore size distribution and suitable for submicron filtration especially for base solution and other fine chemicals. Standard retention available are 0.1µm, 0.2µm, 0.45µm and 0.6µm based on absolute rating. Each cartridge is manufacture under a cleanroom environment and can pass strict integrity testing for quality assurance. Each filter are pre-flush with 18 Mohm De-ionized water for fast rinse up and requires no presetting for operation.

Filter Construction

The three layers structure and high surface area of the Trio-Nylon series filter enable both longer service filter life, high flow rate and small pressure drop without risk of filter collapse. The series offer wide range of end cap configuration as shown below for all standard industrial housing. Length of filter available for up to 40 inch.
