Graded Max^® Series Polypropylene Depth Filter

Graded Max^® Series Filter Cartridge is the workhorse of fluid treatment for pre-filtration and final particulate filtration. It is a melt blown spun polypropylene depth filter which is based on advanced continuous extrusion process creates a real graded distribution in pore sizes within the filter cartridge. The structure is truly three dimensional with progressively finer retention capability as the fluid travels into the cartridge. The result is maximum dirt load with minimum pressure as compare with competitive products.

The entire cartridge is made out of pure polypropylene resin that is binder free, self-bonded and with retention rating from 1 micron to 100 micron using fiber of varying diameter from 0.5 to 10 micron. The entire cartridge is compliant with FDA Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations 177.1520 for direct and indirect food contact.
