Perfect Filter or PL Filter is the trade name of filters manufacture by Perfect Life. Our manufacturing facilities produce one of the most economical yet high quality water treatment filter cartridges. We welcome volume orders from distributors and industrial users alike. Leading Edge Melt Blown Technology

Our melt blown filter, PLPP series, is a result of years of Research and Development. Utilize the world's first real 3 layers graded density structure, offers progressively finer retention capacity as water enters the media. The larger particles are screen out at the outer layer allowing different size particles trapped at different layers of filter. The result is extended cartridge life and much higher dirt holding capacity without sacrificing flow rate. True blown melt technology means that no chemicals will be released during operation, allowing fast rinse off of filters. Our tight process control enable each filter cartridge contains exactly the same fiber materials, ensuring that each filter meet the world's tightest standard.

Pleated Membrane Filter

High purity demand such as in the medical and industrial environment, our high flow PLPFF series pleated filter offers three separate filter structure with surface area from 0.6 to 0.7 m² per 10 inches in length. Filter media is made of either melt blown polypropylene fiber media or Nylon 6 materials depending on your application. The multi-layer structure offers exceptional solid holding capacities with absolute particle retention rating (>95% efficiency) and long service life.

Having said that, instead of using cheaper filter media such as paper, our high graded membrane are imported from Germany to ensuring long term reliability and retention rating. Our carefully selected material would also means that the filter may be sanitizing using conventional methods. For more economical environment, we also offer polyester pleated material which allows the filter to be back washed for extended life. Each of our filter has been pre-flush with 18 M ohm-cm DI water, TOC content is lower than 40ppb. End caps and inner outer core are sealed by thermally bonded, free of binder.

Activated Carbon Technology that You can Trust

Due to scale of manufacturing, our activated carbon filters offers the lowest price in the market. Unlike some products on the market which uses charcoal instead of activated carbon, our high graded activated carbon materials are extracted from high carbon content materials such as coal, coconut shell, etc. and has gone through 7 activation process instead of the standard 4 activation processes commonly found on the market. Again result in high porosity and high quality activated surface with low iron and sulfur contents.
